Class 3

Find out what Class three have been getting up to during their time learning at home on this page. Mrs Reeve will update this page on a regular basis so keep checking for new information!

Mrs Reeve has been keeping fit (or at least trying to) with Elliot every morning, running laps of her garden. The potatoes for Class 3 are growing nicely - we hope to be able to harvest them next month!

Potato update!

Class 3's potatoes were collected by Miss Sayer and taken to school for harvesting. Unsurprisingly our potatoes weighed the most (I think having them in the greenhouse for a while had something to do with it!), but most surprisingly was the visitor that had found its way into the bag: a newt! He/she was placed in the nature area near the new pond and hopefully they've made a new home there.

Here are just a few things that Class 3 have been getting up to for their home learning:

  •  pond dipping, baking, art, making Easter gardens, science experiments, researching Ancient Greece, learning about the works of Mary Anning and Charles Darwin, making mosaics and mapping out the local area. Check out our photo gallery to see more!

A pupil has created their own Powerpoint Presentation about the Olympic games. Click on the document below to open it.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM VIDEO

Two of our pupils have created their own video about the digestive system and how it works!
