Daily Mile Challenge

As we’re sure you’re aware there has been a lot of press coverage about pupil fitness and mental health and wellbeing.

As part of our daily routine pupils across the school have been taking part in fitness sessions. On most days (unless the weather is really grotty) we run around the path on the school field to help improve our fitness, stamina and mental wellbeing. Several pupils are now achieving at least one mile a day (we worked out that 11 laps of the path is equal to a mile). We will total the
