Summer term 2020

This term we have explored several types of meditation and mindful activities to help calm the mind and understand the importance of giving yourself time to be quite and peaceful. The children enjoyed learning this skill. 

Connecting with others; the children wrote a group letter (please find the letter on this page) to all the children who were not able to come back to school and were very excited to receive replies from some of them. We also have made links with Handford House Nursing Home in Ipswich, where the children were able to send "Suffolk says Thanks" posters and an amended version of our group letter.

The 5 ways to wellbeing: we have explored how hobbies help us with our well being.
