Wonderful Worms

We were very busy in Rowan class, as we went on a mission to make a wormery. We found out lots about worms - did you know that they don't have eyes? We found out what sorts of materials we should include in our wormery and put these in in layers. 

Then came the exciting bit! We had to find some worms to put into our wormery. They weren't very keen, but luckily they loved their new home. We were able to observe how they move through the earth, which was fascinating to see.
